When looking for a professional coach that will not take the consequences that coaching can have lightly, you must ensure that they have the highest training standards and accredited by a recognised professional organisation.

 

You know you are in safe hands when engaging with a coach accredited and regulated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the EMCC or the IAC (in Europe, in the rest of the world there may be other regulatory bodies). That means that we abide to a strict code of ethics and code of conduct which includes the highest level of confidentiality (GDPR regulations), have been trained to the highest professional level, most of us in the UK are CRB checked as deemed working with people at times vulnerable and have insurance.
