Transition Coach
ICF Approved Coach - ACSTH
How would we work together?
The approach used in my coaching is based on three elements:

The GROW model - one of the most widely used frameworks in personal development and business coaching,
Specific tools designed to help you through particular points of your own personal journey,
The Transition Model Curve - first identified by Dr. Kubler-Ross, exemplifies what we experience during transition after or before a change in life. With that knowledge we can work towards acceptance and then respond to the best of our abilities .

Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. While I follow a similar process, the tools and questions I use vary based on your unique situation, goals, environment, experiences, values, and beliefs—as well as where you currently stand in the process.

The GROW model – illustrated above - is a thought provoking, question-based coaching framework that helps individuals focus on motivation, increase awareness, explore skills, strengths and options. The aim being to move you towards achieving your desired outcomes. It encourages goal-setting, reality exploration, lateral thinking and committing to action.
Transition coaching works with specific tools and approaches in addition to the GROW coaching model. It aims at helping you manage emotions and motivation, reach acceptance of the change triggering the transition sooner, leading to a positive new beginning and desired outcome. The process identified by Dr. Kubler-Ross is illustrated below.

Change is daunting but often it can turn out to be positive. Coaching is person-centric, empowering you to own your journey. I'll help you unravel the confusion created by circumstances, accept your situation, and discover new avenues to reach your goals.

How can I avoid being thrown off course by change in the future?
Change will happen and it will always modify your life. It is not the change that can be damaging, is how you live through it and the decisions you take during transition. There are a couple of approaches that will help you arm yourself for the future, whether it be for an imminent change or preparing yourself to tackle any future events with resilience:
